Unless otherwise stated, any purchase made directly from Ninja Creami Operating, online or through our call centers, may be returned within 60 days of receipt of the product for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling). Ninja Creami will refund the purchase price. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise the 60-day money back guarantee by following the instructions below:

How To Return An Item 

If you purchased directly from Ninja Creami, starting your return is simple:

  1. Visit our Returns to get started.
  1. We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label and step-by-step instructions.
  1. Send it back in any secure box. Be sure to include everything that came in the original box. If your purchase was a bundle, all items in the bundle must be returned to receive your refund.
  1. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it, and we’ll issue your refund – typically between 5-10 business days.
  1. Funds will appear in your account between 2-10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Return Exceptions 

Merchandise that has been excessively worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Merchandise showing malicious physical damage is not covered under this policy.

Unless otherwise stated, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You shall bear all expenses related to shipping charges on machines and/or parts.

Returns are free. Purchases made directly through Ninja Creami online or via our call center can be returned within 60 days for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling).

We do offer product exchanges. Returns won’t be accepted if the item is  worn, used, or altered.

Recycled your original box? Just package your product securely in any sturdy box and drop it off.

If you no longer want an order that has already shipped, please do not refuse delivery. Instead, wait for it to arrive and then start your return through the Returns Portal so you can send it back properly.

What if I lost the original packaging? 

No worries! Just place the item securely in another box for your return.

What do I do if I didn’t get my label? 

Check your email, including junk or spam folders.  Still can’t find it? You can re-print the label through the returns portal or  contact our customer service team and we’ll resend it.

Can I use my own carrier to send the product back? 

To ensure fast, trackable, and properly processed returns, please use the prepaid shipping label we provide. We’re not able to process returns shipped through alternate carriers.
